Variety of grapes:this kind of wine is made from grapes of Sangiovese (80%), Canaiolo (15%), Trebbiano Toscano and Malvasia (5%).
Production technique: the grapes after harvest are subjected to a traditional red vinification with prolonged maceration at controlled temperature. After fermentation the wine is stored in steel tanks for maturation and entered for consumption after a refining in bottle for two months.
Colour: bright Ruby red with light violet tints;
Bouquet: aroma of medium intensity and persistence with notes of red berry fruit;
Flavour: harmonious and balanced occurs with simple structure: wine is not challenging and easy to drink.
Combinations: it is a wine that goes well with any meal, with meat dishes, cheeses and cured meats of all kinds.
Directions: serve at a temperature of not less than 18Â° c.
